Purses for a Purpose
Purses for a Purpose is a purse and personal hygiene drive hosted by Alyssa Mack and Arica Williams. We decided to host this drive for women in need so they can worry about more important things like where they’re going to eat or sleep. We’re looking to gather supplies like new or gently used, small to medium-sized purses, toothbrushes, toothpaste, socks, soap, feminine products, wipes, deodorant, lotion, and travel-sized shampoo and conditioner. After we collect our supplies we’d put the personal hygiene items in the small purses. Then we’d donate them to places like Turning Point and the Salvation Army.
